AI Growth Engineer – GTM Infrastructure

We’re hiring an AI Growth Engineer to build the infrastructure that powers AI-led go-to-market execution. This role combines large language model (LLM) applications, data pipeline engineering, and campaign experimentation to create intelligent systems that activate our Total Addressable Market (TAM).

You’ll work at the intersection of AI and GTM, transforming unstructured data into activation-ready signals, automating outbound workflows, and scaling precision targeting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, NLP pipelines, and vector databases and knows how to apply them to real-world sales and marketing use cases.

🧠 Core Responsibilities

• Build and deploy NLP pipelines that use LLMs (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) to parse Gong/Momentum call transcripts for buying signals, objections, competitor mentions, and coaching opportunities.

• Operationalize AI outputs by triggering real-time Slack and CRM alerts when high-value signals are detected, reducing response latency and increasing rep productivity.

• Design and maintain an experimentation platform in Clay/Outreach to A/B test outbound campaigns, powered by AI-derived insights and dynamic scoring models.

• Instrument outbound GTM workflows with experiment IDs, structured outcome logging, and success metrics to create a feedback loop for AI tuning and campaign optimization.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing to embed AI into key backend workflows (routing, enrichment, messaging, etc).

• Monitor & optimize data pipelines and partner to optimize data & definitions across GTM tools (Snowflake, Clay, Outreach, Salesforce, and Marketo) — ensuring AI models operate on clean, complete data.

• Lead technical exploration of AI tools and workflows that can improve campaign targeting, personalization, and lead scoring efficiency.

• 30% reduction in SDR/AE admin time by automating enrichment, summarization, and campaign tasks with LLM tools.

• Continuous improvement in GTM performance through structured testing, signal refinement, and AI model iteration.

  • AI Tools: LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs, embedding pipelines, prompt orchestration

  • GTM Systems: Clay, Outreach, Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Instantly

  • Signal Sources: Momentum, Gong (conversation intelligence)

  • Infrastructure: Snowflake (data warehouse), Slack (alerts), Looker/Tableau (QA & reporting)

✅ You Might Be a Fit If You Have

• Experience applying LLMs or vector search to real-world business workflows — ideally in GTM, RevOps, or Growth.

• Familiarity with GTM systems like Clay, Outreach, Salesforce, Marketo, and enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo or Instantly.

• Hands-on work with NLP pipelines or prompt engineering that transforms messy inputs (e.g., sales calls, emails) into structured output.

• Comfort designing flows where AI sits between a data layer and an activation layer and confidence translating business needs into AI-powered systems.

• A builders / ownership mindset & the willingness to try new things and figure out how to get things done in new & different ways.
