Engineering Manager - Data Engineering

Motive is looking for a Data Engineering Manager to build out world-class data products and drive innovation in data engineering with AI applications. The successful candidate will partner with multiple teams, drive technical standards, and architect data models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, e.g. Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics
  • 10+ years experience in Data Engineering, and 3+ years managing a team
  • Expertise with data engineering stack, dBt, Snowflake, airflow, data observability tools, AWS, pyspark
  • Expertise in SQL and Python
  • Great planning and roadmapping skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people skills
