We're looking for a Platform Expert to join our team at Motion, a company creating an AI-driven analytics and intelligence platform for creative strategists. The role will involve customer engagement, issue resolution, and advocacy for clients. You'll be the face of Motion in Slack and in-app chat, working closely with our engineering and customer success teams.
Requirements
- Resourceful and self-starter with 3+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
- Comfortable using AI on a daily basis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities
