About the Role
Reporting to the VP, Data & Analytics, the Analytics Engineer plays a vital role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions leveraging Databricks and Power BI. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build full-stack data and BI solutions that drive business impact.

What You’ll Do
- Data Architecture & Engineering: Design and implement scalable data systems using Databricks and Prefect.
- Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with data teams, stakeholders, and business units to deliver aligned, well-documented solutions that meet evolving needs.
- Data Visualization & Storytelling: Build and optimize Power BI dashboards.
- Data Management: Establish governance frameworks with Unity Catalog, semantic layers, and secure access controls to ensure data integrity and usability across departments.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
·Skilled in Python, SQL, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Experience
- 3+years in scalable data architecture design, including pipeline development (Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, DBT, Prefect, SQLMesh, etc).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Experience in machine learning pipelines and API development.
·Experience with Flask/Fastapi/Django.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, logistics, or a highly regulated industry.
