Our Industrial Group is looking for an SAP Work Stream Lead – AM (SAP CS/PM). You will be an integral part of upgrading and enhancing our existing SAP system.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will be …
- Initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution
- Ensures the configuration/ development and realization of solution components within sub-domain/ module are fitting the Moog Blueprint template and an appropriate quality on all project engagements and are delivered on time against stated project plans and scope
- Contributes, proactively, to all associated project workstreams ensuring appropriate knowledge and information is exchanged to drive successful project outcomes. This includes (but is not limited to) Cutover, Data Migration, Testing, Education and Training, Business Change Management, and Service Transition.
- Lead cross functional teams on global projects and process transformation initiatives in the area of process expertise, delivering defined objectives and business values
- Evaluates and assists in organizational change. Assists in managing the approach, processes and tools that will be used to support business transition events
- Evaluate the futuristic technologies/applications which can support business efficiently
- Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
- Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Guide the Financial management team and the other Teams across the different functional areas to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the organization
- Supports the solution architect in decision making processes around all SAP CS/PM and S4 Service Management relevant subjects
We'll be looking for you to have the following as Required Qualifications:
- Minimum IT related Bachelor degree preferred
- We typically find most candidates selected for this role have 8-12 years experience of SAP experience in CS/PM & S4 HANA Service Management, but will interview those with 5 years plus where previous experience may have led to an accelerated learning path
- Strong experience and knowledge in respective area of business processes: In house repairs , field service management , external repairs , subcontracting , scrapping , replacement process , exchange and loan process , Refurbhsiment process , Service Contracts , credit and debit notes etc
- SAP configuration expert in areas of SAP CS , PM and SD like Sales document types , item categories , pricing procedure , repair procedure , output determintaion , text determaination , service order types etc
- Must be able to prepare functional and technical specifications and monitor developments
- Should have strong SAP Integration knowledge with other modules PP, SD, R2R , MM , WM
- Must have experience with Warranty manegement , Installed base , Serial numbers , equipment masters , service products , task lists , variant configuration , pricing and output conditions , DIP and RRB, class and charestrictsics , object dependencies , ATP and Capacity Planning , Costing etc
- SAP system knowledge of ECC 6.0 is needed and S/4 HANA for future upgrade project is higly desigred
- Must be able to handle a team and provide necessary support to other stakeholders in project
- Strong Business Acumen and Customer Focus
- Analytical with good problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with assigned tasks under limited supervision
- Organization skills and time management skills required to balance and prioritize work
- A wide and broad knowledge of SAP functionalities, best in class standards and SAP strategic roadmap is expected.
- Quick learner and willing to handle non-SAP applications integration as a facilitator agent
- Excellent communicator at all levels both internally and externally
- The individual must possess strong analytical abilities to co-ordinate and manage complex issues

- Flexible attitude for travel to support different Moog locations globally (25-35%)
