At Moog, we're driven by innovation, precision, and excellence—and our Digital Services team is at the heart of it all. We're looking for a passionate Business Warehouse (BW) Developer who thrives in solving complex data challenges and creating impactful analytics solutions for a global business.

We are embarking on a data transformation journey to modernise our analytics capabilities across a diverse global organisation. As part of this, we’re building a robust reporting and data warehousing foundation on SAP BW/4HANA. We’re looking for a proactive, technically skilled SAP BW Developer to help us shape and deliver our data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BW Models: Design, develop and optimise SAP BW/4HANA objects (ADSO, Composit Providers, InfoObjects) to support enterprise reporting
  • ETL and Dataflows: Build efficient ETL processes using SAP BW tools, including integration with SAP ECC, and Non-SAP datasources
  • Data Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party and legacy system data into BW using ODP, flat files, APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Performance Tuning: Analyse and improve the performance of data loads, Function model data sources, queries, and underlying data models.
  • Support Reporting Tools: Collaborate with reporting teams using Power BI, to ensure end-to-end solution delivery
  • Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Handle data load failures, performance issues, and system health, ensuring consistent and reliable data availability.
  • Documentation & Standards: Maintain clear technical documentation and follow development standards to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
  • Agile Delivery: Participate in agile ways of working, contributing to sprints, backlogs, and iterative solution delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years in data warehousing & analytics projects
  • Strong experience with SAP BW (3+ years )with expertise in:
  • SAP BW on HANA / BW/4HANA (7.5 or higher)
  • Experience of SAP data extractors, CDS views and ABAP-based enhancements
  • Experience integrating non-SAP data into BW using flat files, APIs, or middleware tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica).
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP) and business process flows.
  • Knowledge of Business Content for SAP ECC
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage workload across multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset
