Requirements
- Patient Service: Inbound and outbound customer enquiries at volume, identifying patient's needs, clarifying information, assisting with requests, and escalating to clinical team when required.
- Complaint resolution/customer retention: Displaying an empathetic and solution-centric attitude with a significant focus on patient success.
- Coordination between internal and external stakeholders: Maintaining accurate patient information, identifying and escalating priority issues affecting service delivery.
- Administrative tasks: Attending to document and process management, responding to information requests, finding solutions to resolve queries, and completing end-to-end case management.
