The Community Supports Data Processor manages a queue of incoming documents to create new clients, update existing clients, and send interdepartmental tasks as needed in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Requirements
- Associate's degree plus 1 year of data processing experience or 2 years' data processing experience in a fast-paced medical or insurance environment
- 2 years' medical background and 1 year of data processing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, think critically and use resources to guide work
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adjust as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in both a team and individual environment
- Ability to work effectively remotely and in-office as needed
