We started Mom's Meals with a simple, yet profound, mission: to improve life through better nutrition at home. It all began back in 1999, born from a personal need within our own family. Our mom, Barb Anderson, was looking for a way to ensure her own mother was receiving nutritious and regular meals. This personal experience sparked the realization that so many others in our community and beyond were facing the same challenge. We saw our neighbors, friends, and family members in need of greater care and a more personalized way to access the nutritious food that could help them manage chronic conditions, recover from illness, or simply live more independently. We knew we had to take action.

From our humble beginnings in a small Iowa town, we've grown into a nationwide provider of medically tailored meals, but our core values have never wavered. We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality, delicious food that supports their specific health needs. That's why our meals are designed by registered dietitians and prepared by professional chefs in USDA-inspected kitchens. We offer a wide variety of menu options to cater to numerous health conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease, because we understand that every individual has unique dietary requirements. We're more than just a meal delivery service; we're a partner in our clients' health journeys. We take pride in knowing that every meal we create and deliver is made with the same care and attention we would give to our own family, empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being, one delicious meal at a time.
