Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in the field of AI, MarTech, customer service software, or complex communication solutions.
- Eloquent communication skills for moderating workshops and value-based storytelling.
- Deep understanding of software architectures, APIs, and integrations.
- Demonstrated successes in increasing NRR / GRR and identifying and closing expansion potential (up- & cross-selling).
- Ability to interpret complex KPI dashboards in a logical and actionable way.
