This role requires up to 30-50% travel to support on-site discovery, implementation and training with key enterprise clients.

Role Summary

You will lead full‑lifecycle implementations of MoeGo’s enterprise solution—from kickoff through go‑live, data migration, and stabilization. Drawing on your deep pet‑care background, you’ll translate operational realities into technical solutions, ensure flawless migrations, and drive rapid user adoption across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation for 100+ location deployments, and manage executive steering committees and cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Product, Solution Engineer and Data Migration.

  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to guide business configuration while mapping business processes into MoeGo workflows and validating alignment with product capabilities.

  • Serve as the primary POC for executives, operations, and frontline teams, developing and executing change‑management plans that address user pain points and operational shifts.

  • Design and deliver role‑based training and enablement for admins, power users, and end‑users, creating adoption playbooks, documentation, and success benchmarks.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, lead post‑go‑live stabilization sprints, and ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success and Support for future scaling.

  • Create SOPs and playbooks for scaling future locations, planning phased rollouts from core operations through growth to full-scale deployment.

  • Capture implementation insights, track and report on success metrics, and collaborate with Product to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years running or supporting multi‑location pet care businesses (grooming, boarding, daycare), with first‑hand knowledge of workflows, seasonal peaks, and staffing challenges.

  • Fast Learner: Demonstrates the ability to quickly master MoeGo's modules and effectively translate customer needs into prioritized adoption plans.

  • Experience designing phased rollout roadmaps and codifying them into SOPs/playbooks.

  • Natural partner to Solutions Engineers and cross‑functional teams, balancing business objectives with technical constraints to keep projects on track.

  • Proven ability to guide diverse stakeholders (executives, IT, frontline staff) through transitions, earning trust by focusing on user‑centric value.

  • Exceptional at crafting clear playbooks, training materials, and executive updates; adept at running workshops and steering‑committee sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain Fluency: Background in pet care operations or adjacent hospitality, with an ability to “speak operator.”
