Requirements

• Communication with customer companies and development teams
• Collaborate with product development teams, sales teams, and external partners to design solutions
• Define customer requirements and develop a SoW (Statement of Work)
• Align customer expectations and continuously improve customer satisfaction
• Provide valuable information to product development teams and business teams
• Manage product service introduction and operation maintenance projects
• Support customers as the main contact after the project begins
