Procurement Manager

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Procurement Operational Leader at MKS, you will partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and internal stakeholders to drive flawless procurement execution and improve operational processes. In this role, you will report to the Procurement Director.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Leading end-to-end procurement execution, ensuring timely and accurate purchase order management (order confirmations, past due follow-up, pull-ins, push-outs, and cancellations)
• Driving supplier performance and accountability, with a strong focus on on-time delivery (OTD) and responsiveness
• Proactively resolving supply issues, minimizing shortages, and ensuring material availability to support production
• Ensuring high data accuracy and system discipline within ERP/MRP platforms
• Standardizing procurement processes and improving consistency in execution, supplier communication, and follow-up cadence
• Identifying recurring operational issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Travel Requirements: Up to 30 % of Travel is required.

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply Shain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain execution
• Strong knowledge of purchase order management and supplier coordination
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems SAP (Oracle nice to have)
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and execution-driven mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (required)

Preferred Skills: (Optional)

• Knowledge of procurement KPIs (OTD, past due management, order confirmation) and performance tracking
• Experience driving process standardization across multiple sites
