Responsibilities:

• Processing information from vendors and other sources
• Handling personal identification information responsibly and with confidentiality
• Processing incoming faxes, mail, and emails consisting of international documentation, applicant consent forms, and criminal results
• Processing results such as Criminal Record Checks and Credit Inquiries from data services such as Government Databases and other services
• Transferring physical records into our proprietary system
• Any other duties required of the position

Requirements:

• Expert computer skills (Typing, Data Entry, Internet Searches, Email)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills
• Team player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people in local and remote locations
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Bilingual (English Required)
