We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) who is ready to join our team!

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to address technical customer requests and issues. 
  • Leverage customer feedback to deliver insights to internal teams about product improvements.  
  • Respond to customer questions, issues, and requests, troubleshooting and resolving them efficiently.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop proficiency in Mitiga’s platform to effectively respond to ‘how-to’ questions.
  • Ensure follow-up and timely closure of all tickets, including those escalated to other teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvements of internal processes and workflows.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer (TSE), ideally in cybersecurity and Cloud/SaaS environments, with a solid understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including their security and telemetry capabilities.
  • Customer-focused and collaborative professional with a results-driven mindset, dedicated to providing responsive and empathetic support.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, customer-centric environments and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to support and troubleshoot SaaS-based products, using tools like Splunk to investigate issues related to onboarding and services.
  • Skilled in SQL, including writing and modifying queries for data extraction.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

It Would Be Nice If You Had

  • Hands-on experience integrating with SIEM/SOAR tools. 
  • Strong grasp of threat detection, response workflows, and cloud attack surfaces. 
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Python, and Bash).
