- Manage and grow leisure and group sales accounts (travel agents, tour operators, event organizers).
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize room and event revenue.
- Handle inquiries, proposals, and negotiations for leisure and group bookings.
- Coordinate with reservations, events, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and participate in trade shows or sales trips.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in hotel sales (leisure and/or groups).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good network with travel agents and corporate/group organizers.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Target-driven and well-organized.
