Experienced Project Coordinator – IP Video Surveillance
As a Project Coordinator at Milestone, you will guide and organize complex projects that support our Open Platform IP Video Management Systems across more than 25 countries. You take direct responsibility for managing all phases of project processes in an ethical and inclusive organization focused on people. What You'll Do
- Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to internal standards.
- Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle, manage risks, provide mitigation plans, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Run and develop reports to establish and track metrics for teams.
- Analyze trends and consolidate data for review with stakeholders to support data-based decisions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure workload is assigned appropriately and resource constraints are identified.
Drawing on your experience as a Project Coordinator, you will contribute to Milestone’s mission to provide high-caliber customer and partner experiences. You will be responsible for leading all phases of projects, managing resources, and ensuring project outcomes are delivered while collaborating with multiple internal and external teams.
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree and PMP Certification or more than 5 years of technical operations experience required (IT, software development, technical services, or technical management).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical projects, including managing project schedules, allocating resources, and tracking deliverables to meet established milestones.
- Experience identifying potential project risks, assessing their impact, and implementing mitigation strategies when information is limited or project requirements change.
- Proficient in using project management tools to plan, organize, and monitor multiple tasks, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Experience building and maintaining professional client relationships, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering consistent service quality.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including facilitating collaboration and supporting team members to meet project goals.
- Knowledge of strategic planning processes and the ability to apply business understanding to project planning and execution.
- Proficient in communicating clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats, including managing sensitive or urgent project information with discretion.
- Highly proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel (with formulas), and Outlook.
- Experience working with project management tools.

The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $80,000 to $92,000. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 12 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
