You will be responsible for overseeing the annual review process, managing servicing action requests, and assisting with loan workouts and liquidations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SBA loan servicing and portfolio management and will play a key leadership role in shaping our servicing strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SBA loan servicing, portfolio management, or related roles
- Strong working knowledge of SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), especially related to servicing and liquidation
- Proven ability to manage complex servicing scenarios and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with SBA guaranty repurchase processes is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of key servicing functions
