Who We Are

Midi Health is the only comprehensive virtual care clinic focused on helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health challenges. Our care model combines expert clinicians, technology-enabled care delivery, and evidence-based treatment to provide women with convenient, compassionate, and personalized care.

We accept most major PPO insurance plans and provide care through telehealth visits, asynchronous messaging, and responsible prescribing of medications, supplements, and other therapies.

At Midi, we’re building the future of women’s healthcare — and we’re growing quickly.

Where We’re Based

We are a fully remote company, and this opportunity is open to candidates located within the United States.

The Opportunity

Midi Health is looking for a Licensing Specialist (Contractor) to help establish a strong foundation and best-practice workflows for our licensing efforts. Reporting to the Manager of Licensing & Credentialing, this role will support and drive licensing-related projects across multiple states.

As a growing startup, this role requires adaptability — licensing priorities and responsibilities may evolve based on business needs. The Licensing Specialist (Contractor) will play a key role in supporting provider onboarding, managing licensure processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable state regulations, including collaborative practice agreement requirements where applicable.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end provider licensing, including application preparation, submission, and follow-up across multiple states
  • Coordinate and track licensing timelines, proactively following up to avoid delays
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of workflows and processes for licensing operations
  • Support the execution and management of Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) across applicable states
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific CPA requirements, including supervision ratios, documentation, and renewal timelines
  • Proactively follow up with providers and collaborating physicians to obtain required CPA documentation and signatures
  • Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and completion of CPA agreements via DocuSign
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CPA and licensing records within Verifiable and internal tracking systems
  • Monitor CPA expiration dates and ensure timely renewals and updates
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure CPA requirements are met prior to provider activation
  • Provide subject matter expertise on licensing requirements, including collaborative practice agreements (CPAs) and state-specific regulations
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support licensing and onboarding needs

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of licensing experience, preferably within healthcare
  • Hands-on experience working with Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs)
  • Familiarity with Nursing Compact Licensure (NLC) and multi-state practice requirements
  • Experience submitting and managing license applications for Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Doctors
  • Familiarity with multi-state licensing processes and regulatory requirements
  • Experience using credentialing and licensing systems such as Verifiable and/or Salesforce
  • Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Who You Are

You are highly detail-oriented and comfortable navigating multiple systems, evolving workflows, and state-specific regulatory requirements. You’re proactive, organized, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage time-sensitive work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

You thrive in startup environments where priorities can shift quickly, and you enjoy helping build scalable operational processes from the ground up.

What We Offer

  • 100% remote opportunity*
  • Rate of Pay: $35/hour
  • Flexible schedule
  • Contract role (initial 2-month term, with potential for extension based on business needs)
