The Microsoft Azure Storage Platform team is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the Azure Storage Fleet Strategy and Capacity management team. This role focuses on defining strategies, driving optimizations, and ensuring operational excellence in storage fleet management to deliver seamless customer experiences while meeting quality, availability, and profitability goals. The position involves managing a team, executing cross-Azure Storage initiatives, identifying investments, and delivering infrastructure capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in technical program management/business planning/capacity planning OR operations strategy and/or planning
• OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
