The Senior Manager, Technology Change Enablement is responsible for leading enterprise IT-based organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption, sustained behavioral change, and measurable value realization from technology investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT organizational change, digital transformation, enterprise technology implementation, or related disciplines
- 5+ years leading enterprise-wide change initiatives supporting complex IT implementations
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing OCM, adoption, communications, or value realization teams
