Math Dual Credit Instructor

Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is Nebraska's largest comprehensive, public community college, accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Established in 1974 through legislative consolidation of Nebraska's technical community college areas, MCC has grown from a fledgling occupational school to serve more than 40,000 students annually across Dodge, Douglas, Sarpy, and Washington counties. The college operates multiple campuses throughout the Omaha metropolitan area, providing accessible higher education with flexible scheduling options including on-campus, online, hybrid, weekend, and evening classes.

MCC offers diverse academic pathways with over 100 programs across seven major categories: Business, Community & Human Services, Creative Arts & Design, Health Professions, Information Technology, Skilled Trades & Technical Sciences, and Transfer programs. Students can pursue associate degrees, career certificates, certificates of achievement, and workforce credentials. The college maintains specialized accreditations for programs including Nursing (ACEN), Culinary Arts (ACFEF), Accounting (ACBSP), and Human Services (CSHSE), while following a 10-year open pathway accreditation through the Higher Learning Commission.
