With dual certifications from NASAA and ACO, the brand offers a full range of safe, wholesome nutrition for babies and young children. Operating across Australia and Southeast Asia, the company is supported by a global team of over 150 staff.
Purpose of the Position:
Drive infant formula adoption through medical channels by building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), executing scientific education initiatives, and achieving sales targets in Vietnam’s maternal-infant care ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Partner Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, retailers, and other healthcare organizations.
2.Sales Strategy and Execution:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the medical sector.
3.Partner Training and Support:
Providing training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and effectively sell them.
4.Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking sales performance, providing regular updates, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
5.Product Knowledge:
Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and staying up-to-date on advancements and market trends.
6.Market Analysis:
Monitoring market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and business planning.
7.Collaboration:
Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and other sales teams, to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
Requirements
1.Education:Bachelor’s and above degrees in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or Business.
- Experience:
•5+ years in medical sales/channel management in Vietnam’s infant milk formula or nutrition industry.
•Proven record in selling infant nutrition or pediatric products through HCPs.
•Existing network with Vietnamese hospitals/pediatrics is preferred
- Language: Native Vietnamese and business English.
- Soft skills:
•Sales and Negotiation: Strong sales skills, including the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
•Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
•Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's products and the medical field.
•Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and business strategies.
•Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
•Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise with partners or within the sales process.
