Requirements

• Identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates fluent in German across various industries.
• Conduct thorough and professional interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates efficiently.
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Stay current with recruitment best practices, industry trends, and sourcing techniques to continually enhance your approach.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the management team.
• Fluent in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment projects remotely.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, databases, and social media sourcing tools.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
