Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting across different sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Stay informed about products, services, and policies to provide timely and accurate information.
- Contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Comfortable with multitasking and working in fast-paced environments.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
