This role involves researching, analyzing, and recommending process improvements within a healthcare organization to enhance patient access, medication effectiveness, and treatment outcomes. The Sr. Mngr/AD will support program design and deployment, identify requirements, and collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of CLS solutions, CRM, and data migration. The ideal candidate will be a consultant, data mapper, and technical assistant, capable of managing complex workflows and improving performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of service-related experience in project/operations management, customer service, or training
- Extensive knowledge of HUB Operations, inclusive of Nursing, Reimbursement and PAP experience
- Salesforce CRM Experience and ability to assist End-Users with UAT and Hypercare
- Experience working with offshore & near-shore MSP and Contractors
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Visio and PPT required
