Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join one of our cross-functional, agile teams,ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products that serve our B2C Loyalty Program in theHealth and Retail Pharmacy sectors.
You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, automating tests, and ensuringthe overall quality of our platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, andproduct owners, being involved in the entire development lifecycle to promote a culture ofquality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Define, create, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobileapplications.
Ensure product quality through exploratory testing, regression testing, and end-to-endscenarios.
Work in a cross-functional agile team, actively participating in planning, grooming, andreview sessions.
Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria andensure testability.
Monitor builds and pipelines, identifying defects early in the development cycle. Drive improvements in test strategy, coverage, and automation.
Contribute to the documentation of QA processes and best practices.
Promote a quality-first mindset across the engineering teams.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar testing role.
Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Browser DevTools, Charles Proxy, or similar. Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
Basic understanding of APIs and ability to perform API testing.
Experience writing automated tests using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
Solid knowledge of Agile development processes and DevOps practices. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating tests into pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, AzureDevOps).
Experience with performance or security testing tools.
Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
Familiarity with mobile automation tools such as Appium or XCUITest. Experience working in large-scale digital product teams.
