Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of leave administration experience
- Experience mentoring, training, or serving as a go-to resource for peers
- Proficiency with HRIS and leave management software
- HR or leave management certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CLMS) strongly preferred
