Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting HRIS platforms
- Deep working knowledge of at least two HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, Paylocity)
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee lifecycle, benefits administration, and compliance considerations
- Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to coach and develop direct reports
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
