Job Overview:

As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing applications using Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to create innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Power Platform environment and experience in integrating these tools with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps. Customize apps to meet specific business requirements and enhance user experience.

2. Workflow Automation: Utilize Power Automate to create automated workflows between Microsoft applications and various other services to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing insightful business intelligence to support decision-making.

4. Virtual Agents Development: Create and manage intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer engagement and support.

5. Integration and API Management: Integrate Power Platform applications with other Microsoft services (like Dynamics 365, Office 365) and external systems using custom connectors and APIs.

6. Solution Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, including planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

7. Security and Compliance: Ensure applications and workflows adhere to organizational security policies and compliance standards.

8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively use Power Platform solutions. Address user queries and troubleshoot issues.

9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest updates and features in the Power Platform suite and leverage these advancements to continuously improve existing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Familiarity with building custom applications for MS Teams is a great plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling.
• Understanding of API integration, and experience with SQL and data manipulation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
