Job Description:

1. User Requirement Gathering

  • Conduct interviews and discussion sessions with users to understand business
    processes, pain points, and AI automation needs.
  • Gather and document business requirements, use cases, FAQs, and expected AI
    behaviors.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into implementation-ready documentation.

2. AI Blueprint & Conversation Design

  • Create AI implementation blueprints, including conversation flows, intent structures,
    escalation paths, and automation scenarios.
  • Design chatbot/AI agent workflows based on customer business processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI logic and user experience.

3. Platform Configuration

  • Configure conversational AI solutions using platforms such as Qontak.
  • Set up chatbot flows, intents, automation rules, integrations, and knowledge bases.
  • Support integration testing and configuration validation.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and scenario validation before deployment.
  • Identify issues, bugs, or conversation gaps and coordinate fixes with the technical
    team.
  • Ensure chatbot responses and flows meet customer expectations and quality
    standards.

5. Project Go-Live Support

  • Support deployment and go-live activities for AI implementation projects.
  • Monitor initial chatbot performance after launch and document improvement
    recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing user guides and implementation documentation.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Technology.
  • Strong interest in AI, chatbot technology, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Familiarity with API Integration is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of business process analysis and workflow mapping.
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced implementation environment.
