Job Description:

We are looking for a data driven and proactive Growth Marketing Analyst Intern to support our performance marketing and lead generation initiatives. This role combines creative production, performance analysis, and funnel tracking, providing hands on exposure to how marketing directly impacts revenue.

Creative Production (Static & Video)

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video ad content (from ideation, shooting, to editing)
• Collaborate with graphic designers to develop high-performing static creatives
• Produce and deliver ad creatives for ongoing testing and campaigns

Creative Performance Analysis

• Analyze advertising performance across creatives (static & video) to identify winning patterns and insights
• Translate insights into actionable strategies using a test–learn–optimize approach (amati, tiru, modifikasi)
• Continuously iterate and improve content based on performance data

Funnel & Lead Quality Monitoring

• Monitor and evaluate MQL to SQL funnel performance, identifying gaps between marketing output and telesales outcomes
• Ensure lead quality aligns with campaign objectives, focusing on both volume and conversion potential

Collaboration & Optimization

• Work closely with marketing, creative, and telesales teams to improve campaign effectiveness
• Contribute to faster iteration cycles for high-performing creatives

Reporting & Tools

• Utilize Zoho CRM to track, analyze, and report performance on a weekly basis
• Prepare simple reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Strong interest in content creation (video & static) and performance marketing
• Basic skills in video shooting & editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate) is a plus
• Familiarity with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads is an advantage
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho or similar) is a plus
• Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
