Job Description:

• Help account planning AM team (Research, identification issues, analysis and planning projection).
• Help to reach out to Talenta users to collect installment payments in accordance with the agreed contract.
• Initiate and support strategic efforts for business expansion and customer reactivation.
• Assist in administrative tasks to support Account Management operations.
• Support Account Managers in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
• Assist in onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth and effective product adoption process.
• Monitor client accounts, track product usage, and collect feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Conduct research on customer industries, competitors, and market trends to provide actionable insights for the team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting and account management processes.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM or similar tools is a plus.
