With a current headcount of 200+, we’re continuing to grow — and on this journey, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the company’s scaling and play a key role in driving our hiring efforts.

Requirements
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably at the product companies
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and define role requirements, ensuring a clear and efficient hiring process.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Data and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
