Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Specialist will help improve how our go-to-market organization runs day to day, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM leadership on reporting, forecasting, commissions, tooling, and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Serve as a go-to resource for GTM teams on reporting, data, process, and operational questions
- Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting across pipeline, forecasting, performance, and funnel visibility
- Analyze GTM performance and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations for GTM leadership
- Own day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission processing, reporting, reconciliations, and rep inquiries
- Keep data accurate and processes consistent across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack
- Drive adoption and effective use of the GTM tools used for prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution
- Apply AI tools and automation to speed up prospecting, enrichment, and reporting tasks
- Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and help GTM teams work more effectively day-to-day
