Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow LPG (propane) tank sales across Western Canada.
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for new, used, and refurbished tanks.
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations for all LPG product lines.
- Build and strengthen relationships with propane marketers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Develop new accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce or equivalent), including opportunities, notes, and market intelligence.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, site meetings, and industry events.
- Provide reliable sales forecasts by account, geography, and product category.
- Execute Manchester Tank’s commercial strategy and contribute to regional market share growth.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in LPG, propane distribution, pressure vessels, or related industrial sectors.
- Proven success managing sales targets, KPIs, and territory performance.
- Experience developing and executing account strategies.
- Strong background in pricing, contracts, and volume negotiations.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).
Knowledge
- LPG industry trends and competitive landscape in Western Canada.
- Product offerings for new, used, and refurbished propane tanks.
- Sales process and customer lifecycle management.
- Pricing structures and margin strategies.
- Canadian regulatory and compliance requirements (including provincial variations).
- Supply chain, logistics, and Commercial Operations workflows.

Manchester Tank is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to lead LPG (propane) tank sales—including new, used, and refurbished tanks—across Western Canada. This hands-on, customer-facing role focuses on regional growth through in-person engagement with propane marketers, distributors, and key industry partners. The Sales Manager will be responsible for revenue generation through new customer acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and execution of a targeted commercial strategy.
