Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake & Data Platform)

We are looking for a Lead Senior Data Engineer with a hybrid profile combining Data Engineering and DevOps expertise, along with strong leadership and management experience, to join a prestigious EU-based product team. The candidate should have 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer in a Senior capacity, proven experience in team leadership or technical management, and deep, relevant experience with Snowflake, Data Warehouses, and Data Platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer in a Senior capacity
• Proven experience in team leadership or technical management
• Deep, relevant experience with Snowflake, Data Warehouses, and Data Platforms
• Strong background in building and maintaining complex ETL/ELT data pipelines in production
• Practical DevOps mindset with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Proficiency with Terraform or Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid skills with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience in the Pharma industry is a plus
