Remote Call Center Representative (Manitoba)Join MCI as a Remote Call Center Representative based in Manitoba, working fully from home.Job OverviewMCI is seeking customer service, technical support, and sales representatives to handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and assist customers with adding or removing products and services.Job Type & CompensationFull‑time, hourly pay + bonus.Paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, flexible schedules, company laptop, daily contests, prizes, casual dress code, regular raises.ResponsibilitiesListen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upsell.Explain and position products and processes with customers.Appropriately Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team.Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.Candidate QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older.High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Basic understanding of Windows operating system.li>Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, negotiation.Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious).Ability to multi‑task, stay focused, and self‑manage.Strong team orientation and customer focus.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where change and ambiguity prevail.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team and customers.Conditions of EmploymentAuthorization to work in Canada required.Must submit a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint (job offers contingent on results).Must submit to drug screening (not applicable in Canada).Physical RequirementsFull‑time work occurs in a professional office environment. Employees will be largely sedentary, sitting or standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
