McFadyen Digital is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our global sales organization and fuel our next phase of growth. You'll refine strategy, drive execution, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed ambitious revenue goals.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a sales leadership role driving high-performing teams.
- Proven success exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets in Digital Solutions including ecommerce, digital transformation, and similar professional services.
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, lead qualification, solution selling, and consultative engagements.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, skilled at using CRM (Salesforce and/or HubSpot) and partner collaboration tools (e.g. CrossBeam) to drive insights, decisions, and sales success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills that inspire confidence and performance.
