MCA Connect is a US-based solution partner in Microsoft Business Applications and Azure Data & AI / Digital & App Innovation. We're seeking a Client Success Executive to drive client success, achieve trusted advisor status, and grow revenue for their assigned portfolio of accounts.
Requirements
- Work with clients and MCA Connect implementation teams to establish project satisfaction criteria and quantify project ROI metrics.
- Collaborate with internal marketing to create case studies and seek customer testimonials.
- Perform quarterly or semi-annual business reviews with clients to assess project ROI and advise on ways to improve business operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for additional products and services with assigned accounts and work with field sales and pre-sales teams to prepare, deliver, and close scopes of work.
- Meet with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SSPs, AE, TSs, Sales Managers, etc. to enhance relationships with Microsoft and generate new business opportunities.
- Work in concert with client Project Managers to take ownership of project reporting, steering committee presentations, etc.
