As a Global Account Director at Massive Rocket, you will lead our most strategic, multi-market client relationships, driving measurable commercial impact and long-term growth across regions, brands, and channels.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading large, complex, multi-market accounts within digital, CRM, Martech, or SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of the QSR or multi-site retail / convenience sector, including customer behaviour and operational dynamics
- Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering long-term account growth and profitability
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning revenue targets, forecasting, and managing portfolio performance
- Experience shaping large-scale programmes, scopes, and multi-market commercial agreements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-level and VP stakeholders
- Strong leadership capability, with experience influencing cross-functional teams across regions
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance client value, delivery quality, and commercial outcomes
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or consultancy environments
- Proactive, partnership-driven approach with a focus on long-term value creation
- English proficiency at C1 level
