Marshmallow is seeking a Third Party Claims Handler to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound communication, routing work to team members, and proactively managing and efficiently processing a portfolio of Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) and Credit Hire claims. The role involves contacting policyholders, witnesses, and Third Party Insurers to assess and agree liability, informing policyholders of the claim process, and identifying potential fraudulent claims or complaints. The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, strong time management and organisational skills, and a logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
