MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Field Office Technician to join our CASTLE-NET Program team. This is a remote position. Provide technical leadership on major tasks or technology assignments while directing and controlling field activities for assigned areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in IT and field/user support roles
- Excellent technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Possess and maintain relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Maintain a DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification to meet security and baseline requirements
