Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plan, staff, budget, and direct one or more project(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers
Supervisory responsibilities may include program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management
Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered
Report project status and outcomes to leadership
Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership
Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered

Primary responsibility for program growth opportunities
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor, and subcontractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
Contract performance, assist with staffing, client deliverable quality and submissions, and assist in contract scope matters
Prepares and updates project schedule, establish deadlines deliverables and reports
Basic Qualifications:
Prior experience/knowledge managing agile projects and knowledge of agile software development lifecycle
Prior experience/knowledge managing federal customers and/or large demanding projects, (or multiple projects simultaneously)
Strong client facing presentation and communication skills
Experience or knowledge in software development lifecycle
Experience in communicating, reporting, tracking risks and issue resolution
Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with a mix of project team members and stakeholders
Supervisory experience to manage a team successfully
Coach, mentor, teacher, trainer mentality
Demonstrated capability in the overall management of multitask projects
Experience in MS Project, Jira, DevOps, SharePoint
10+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree
PMP certification
Preferred Qualifications:
CSM or ACP cert
OneStream knowledge
Government budgeting knowledge
SaaS implementation experience
Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship with the ability to obtain Public Trust
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
