MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing all aspects of a diverse array of existing and new capabilities for government customers, overseeing the identification and retention of talent, meeting and interacting with Government personnel and stakeholders, and ensuring the completion of deliverables and quality performance against program requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or relevant field
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Direct experience overseeing the technical execution of IT programs
- Proven technical leadership with a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale teams
- Advanced proficiency in workforce lifecycle management
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and hands-on operational experience with Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) legacy architectures and modernized application frameworks
- PMP Certification
- SAFe v5 certification
- Experience managing large Agile programs and Agile PMOs
