Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience in sales/business development/capture
- Track record of successful capturing and winning multiple >$100M new business opportunities
- Experience within the Navy market, with a keen focus on Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and associated organizations
- Ability to drive /follow the Capture Process from Opportunity Positioning and Qualification through Proposal Development and Opportunity Closing
