Le SDR est responsable de la génération d’opportunités qualifiées pour l’équipe des Account Executives. Il identifie, contacte et qualifie des prospects dans le secteur manufacturier afin d’alimenter le pipeline de ventes. Il joue un rôle clé dans l’atteinte des objectifs de croissance en assurant un flux constant de rendez vous qualifiés.

Responsabilités principales

Prospection
• Identifier et cibler des entreprises manufacturières selon les territoires définis
• Effectuer des appels à froid, courriels personnalisés et messages LinkedIn
• Mettre en place des séquences de prospection multicanal
• Participer à des salons et événements industriels lorsque requis

Requirements

Qualification
• Valider les besoins, enjeux opérationnels et projets potentiels en IA
• Confirmer le budget, l’autorité décisionnelle et l’échéancier
• Documenter les informations clés dans le CRM
• Transférer les opportunités qualifiées aux Account Executives

Gestion du pipeline

• Maintenir un CRM à jour et structuré

  • Atteindre les objectifs de nombre d’appels, conversations et rendez vous
    • Produire un rapport hebdomadaire des activités et résultats
    Collaboration interne
    • Travailler étroitement avec les AE pour assurer un bon suivi
    • Participer aux réunions d’équipe ventes
    • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des scripts et processus
    Profil recherché
    Compétences
    • Excellentes habiletés en communication orale et écrite
    • Aisance en appel à froid
    • Capacité à structurer une conversation orientée vers la valeur
    • Bonne organisation et rigueur dans le suivi

    Expérience
    • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en ventes B2B ou développement des affaires
    • Expérience en milieu manufacturier ou technologique un atout

    • Forte motivation orientée résultats
    • Capacité à recevoir du feedback et s’améliorer rapidement
    Indicateurs de performance
    • Nombre d’appels par jour

    • Contribution au revenu généré par territoire
