MacMore is seeking Medical Review Specialists to conduct medical reviews of reasonable accommodation and sick leave requests in support of the Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM).
Requirements
- At least 4 years of HR generalist experience
- At least 4 years of experience performing reasonable accommodation and medical documentation reviews
- Knowledge of the Rehab Act of 1973 as amended, the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), and guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
- Experience providing consultant services in the area of reasonable accommodation
- Technical skills to develop overall plans, procedures, and operating methods for assignments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
