As a Sales Assistant, you play a key role in the business sales cycle by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of client proposals. You are responsible for managing the proposal process end-to-end—evaluating feasibility, securing competitive pricing, and aligning with client expectations.

You will also engage directly with clients, consistently representing QQFS with professionalism and integrity in every interaction. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring all proposals are properly allocated and delivered on time.

You will contribute to a collaborative environment within the Account Executive team and work closely with the Client Service Directors and Business Development Director, providing proposal support and proactively contributing to strategic sales efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Proposal Management
    • Manage the full proposal lifecycle—from feasibility assessment and pricing strategy to submission and operational handover.
    • Ensure all bids are logged accurately in the MR system and delivered on time.
    • Apply pricing and feasibility guidelines, leveraging market insights and fieldwork team input to ensure accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO 20252 standards throughout the sales process.
    • Identify when external partners are needed to ensure feasibility and competitiveness.
    • Lead the delivery of client proposals, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and timely submission.
    • Ensure all sold projects are feasible and identify inclusion of partners where needed.
    • Collaborate with the Client Service Director and Business Development Director to support strategic sales efforts, primarily through proposal development and proactive engagement.
  • Client Interaction
    • Engage with clients during the proposal phase to clarify requirements and align expectations.
    • Respond to client challenges with professionalism and insight.
    • Represent QQFS with integrity, while supporting the primary client contact.
  • Operational Handover
    • Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure client needs are clearly understood and met.
    • Provide structured and actionable documentation (IKO) for seamless project delivery.
    • Monitor feedback to continuously improve proposal quality and delivery outcomes.
  • Company contribution
    • Contribute to revenue and profit targets by supporting accurate and competitive proposals.
    • Collaborate with teams to manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely project starts.
    • Identify and suggest process improvements to the Managing Director.

  • Teamwork: Act as a central coordination point, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Know when to seek guidance and offer support.

  • Client/Business Knowledge: Apply deep understanding of client needs to guide internal teams and enhance proposal relevance.
  • Creative Thinking: Offer innovative, relevant solutions that reflect QQFS’s value proposition.
  • Personal Qualities: Show enthusiasm, a commitment to learning, and a drive to exceed expectations and targets.
  • Market Research experience preferred
