This role is part of Ekas Market Research, an Australian based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc. Ekas is a leading provider of data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree to equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of professional market research experience
• Experience in healthcare market research is a plus
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize requests
• Strong relationship building and customer service skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid time management skills
• Be able to problem solve and seek answers and resolutions to daily issues
• Strong self-discipline and organizational habits
• Excellent presentation skills
